Terrane guides Linea consultants along their chosen career path as a Linea Professional Development Manager. Additionally, she leads both Pension and Workers’ Compensation administration engagements. Terrane provides project oversight and consulting for procurement, implementation, organizational change management and service desk projects.
Terrane has over twenty-five years of experience as a leader in IT and business consulting. This includes more than 8 years of people management experience. She has become a trusted advisor to both small city funds and large state organizations. Prior to joining Linea, Terrane worked at IBM Global Services in multiple capacities including North America Sales Initiative Leader, Skills and Capacity Program Manager, Global Resource Deployment Manager, and Senior Program Manager and Consultant for IT Service Management client engagements.
It is Terrane’s view that the wide variety of services Linea offers its clients gives Linea’s consultants many opportunities to explore and grow into new career paths. Whether technical skills, managerial experience, or advanced analysis, there are many ways for Linea employees to develop their skill sets.
Terrane is a fourth-generation Connecticut native. She has lived in five states and considers California her second home state. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and fishing. Terrane’s volunteer efforts include championing ongoing enthusiasm with middle school girls in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
