The Consultant will be responsible for assisting with technology and business projects at public pension organizations. Specifically, the Consultant will participate in legacy data analysis and business requirements gathering sessions; and will also be responsible for development of profiling, conversion, and reconciliation scripts. The Consultant will work closely with client subject matter experts to gather business rule requirements, convert business rules to executable SQL scripts to identify data that does not match the business rules, report on invalid data, convert acceptable data to a staging database, and perform data reconciliation. He/she will implement a cyclical profiling, conversion, and reconciliation process.
We are seeking experienced consultants, typically with 8 to 15 years’ experience who have project management experience. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who may not have direct experience working for a consulting firm, but who have either performed project management for implementations of large-scale IT projects, or who have previously worked for pension or benefits administration systems.

The Senior Project Manager serves as the oversight consultant for complex technology and business projects at public benefit organizations. This individual performs risk analysis and risk mitigation based on expertise and experience with pension administration systems. The project manager will manage the implementation vendors and enforces standards for deliverables, monitors overall project timeline and critical path, reports to client Steering Committee and maintains responsibility for executive/Board reporting on the project. The Senior Project Manager insures coordination across all subprojects (data conversion, employer integration, design, testing, technical readiness, change management, etc.).
