Pension, Benefits, and Workers’ Compensation for the Canadian Market

A home in Toronto

Linea Solutions Canada is headquartered in downtown Toronto, an ideal location for partnering with pension funds in Toronto and throughout the rest of Canada. Our teams work both at the Linea office and client sites. We believe this flexible approach maximizes the delivery of our services. We encourage you to stop by the office to discuss your needs.

A STRONG PRESENCE IN CANADA

Having been established as leading pension consultants in the United States, Linea expanded its operations to Canada in 2015 to provide guidance and recommendations in the establishment of the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan. Despite the fact that ORPP was canceled in favor of enhancements to the Canadian Pension Plan, Linea has firmly established its presence in Canada since then.

Since 2015, Linea has worked with over a dozen of Canada's largest pension plans, providing strategic advice, preparing RFPs, performing business process reengineering, project oversight and much more. Beyond pension, we have leveraged our process and systems knowledge to provide services to the Benefits and Workers Compensation industry. We have had the opportunity to work in many provinces in Canada from St-John’s, Newfoundland to Victoria, British-Columbia. The flexibility of our organization has given us the ability to execute successful projects geographically anywhere and within any company culture.

Linea has been nestled in west Los Angeles since its founding in 1999. Our current headquarters is in Marina del Rey, a few hundred yards from the Pacific Ocean in a building surrounded by L.A.'s famous food truck culture. Linea's California presence includes project work for seventeen of the 1937 Act California pension funds, work with both CalSTRS and CalPERS, and more than a decade working with the city of Los Angeles. While we now consult for clients across the country, California is where we built the methods we use today.
