
Chris Rozanski is a customer experience and operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the SaaS, insurance, and enterprise technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in Medical Professional Liability (MPL), partnering with carriers, MGAs, and risk management organizations to implement enterprise software solutions, strengthen customer engagement strategies, and drive measurable growth.
Most recently, Chris served as MPL Practice Lead at Origami Risk, where he spearheaded the launch and expansion of a dedicated MPL business line targeting the $11B U.S. MPL market. He built and managed a $20M sales pipeline, recruited and developed subject matter experts, and led internal enablement initiatives to position the organization as a strategic partner within the MPL ecosystem. His ability to bridge product, sales, and service teams has consistently translated into market expansion and long-term client retention.
Previously, Chris held multiple executive leadership roles at Sapiens and Delphi Technology, where he directed customer service and account management organizations of up to 35 professionals. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated and delivered complex enterprise engagements valued in the tens of millions of dollars — including a landmark $7M deal that ultimately grew into a $40M lifetime partnership. He has led global support operations, established offshore service centers, improved client satisfaction metrics, and generated millions in incremental services revenue.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and brings a unique blend of operational discipline, strategic account leadership, and deep MPL domain expertise. He is passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and driving innovation across the insurance technology landscape.
