As Linea Solutions’ Director of AI Practice, Eric leads Linea’s approach to providing our clients with AI solutions. He has over a decade of specialized expertise in public pension administration system (PAS) implementations and has played an instrumental role in leading successful PAS modernization initiatives for both Taft-Hartley plans and large-statewide public retirement systems. His strengths lie in AI strategy and assessments, procurement strategy, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management (OCM), and vendor coordination.
