Fred Webster brings more than 35 years of experience across the insurance industry, spanning underwriting, claims, brokerage operations, and insurance technology leadership. His background includes deep operational expertise across property & casualty lines, with particular strength in complex claims environments, regulatory reporting, and enterprise modernization initiatives.

Fred began his career with a national brokerage firm, where he managed insurance programs and administrative operations, working closely with carriers, reinsurers, and large employer groups. This early experience provided a foundation in risk management, client service, and multi-line program oversight.

He later joined a leading insurance software solutions provider, where he led product strategy and development for core insurance platforms, including policy administration, claims management, and medical management systems. In this role, Fred partnered with carriers, TPAs, and regulatory bodies to modernize legacy environments, implement data-driven workflows, and support compliance and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.

Throughout his career, Fred has worked at the intersection of insurance operations and technology transformation, delivering solutions that improve underwriting discipline, claims oversight, data integrity, and regulatory transparency. His expertise extends to enterprise data strategy, EDI standards, cybersecurity considerations in insurance ecosystems, and the responsible adoption of advanced analytics and AI within regulated environments.

Fred remains actively engaged with the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC), serving on both the Regulation & Standards Committee and the EDI Standards Committee, where he contributes to the evolution of data standards and regulatory modernization efforts.
